Got Questions?

We’ve got answers to your burning questions!

Be sure to pack sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and a bottle of water. Comfortable clothing is always a good idea, and don’t forget your sense of adventure! We personally do not wear water shoes, but they might come in helpful if you have them. We don’t find them to be very fashionable.

Every tour includes a premium kayak, paddle, a properly fitted life jacket (PFD), and a dry bag to keep your small essentials safe.

Not at all! Our tours are designed for all skill levels, from complete beginners to seasoned paddlers. Before we hit the water, our guides will give everyone a quick, easy-to-follow lesson on paddling technique and safety.

Your safety comes first. If conditions aren’t suitable for kayaking, we’ll either reschedule your tour or provide a full refund. We want your experience to be as enjoyable and worry-free as possible.

Yes. We are not able to accommodate walk ups at this time.

If your plans change, let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll happily assist with a reschedule or full refund. We want to make your experience smooth and stress-free! (But why would you ever want to cancel?)

We love for everyone to come who wants to come. If you have a small child, we will have a life jacket for them and they can ride with an adult. We can even put a smaller child with two adults all on the same kayak.

Our single kayaks are rated up to 400 lbs. and our tandems are rated up to 600 lbs.

Short answer: yes.

Long answer: Mostly getting in and out of the kayak, and mostly from your waist down. Unless you want to get wetter (more wet?), that is entirely up to you.

Still have a question floating around?
